COMMON QUESTIONS

Is there a cost to become accredited?

Applying is free. Any costs relating to training, certification or welcome packs, if applicable, will be confirmed with you before you proceed.

Do I need to already use ARVEAN products?

No. We welcome experienced contractors who want to install quality systems. Training and technical support are provided as part of onboarding.

How long does approval take?

Most applications are reviewed within a few working days. Timelines depend on the volume of applications and the training/assessment step.

What does accreditation include?

Approved applicators receive preferred status, contractor pricing, technical documentation, the ARVEAN accredited badge and, where available, directory listings and referrals.

How is accreditation maintained?

Accreditation is reviewed on an ongoing basis and requires a commitment to quality installation, correct product use and support from our team. Renewal may involve refresher training.
